Zhejiang Hongwei Machinery Co., Ltd.'s LY series of fully automatic hydraulic hot stamping equipment can efficiently complete product hot stamping and embossing, while ensuring the highest precision and product quality. The LY series of fully automatic hydraulic hot stamping equipment has rich hardware configurations and can adapt to the hot stamping requirements of a variety of products.

（1）整机全部采用Q235碳素钢，机身墙板经特殊工艺处理，强度高、永不变形，保证机身墙板安全。

The entire machine is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the fuselage wall panels are treated with special processes to ensure high strength and never deform, ensuring the safety of the fuselage wall panels.

（2）采用台湾液压元件，保证机器动作准确，主机压力有过载保护装置，同步带有断裂保护装置受到外力冲击时会自动停机，减少对机身和吸排精度的损坏，避免故障的发生。

（5）烫金精度达±0.1mm,机器最高速度达1800张/小时。

（6）配置杰享压力调节自动控制装置，保证在调节烫金压力时快速准确。
